Daughter- Why mom what’s bad in becoming an influencer ? Almost every person chose to become a doctor. I want a unique profession that takes out my hidden talents and boosts confidence.

Daughter — I have seen people that are skillful, energetic and firm in their decisions.
I want to become a person who lives life on her own terms. Who will face all the challenges steadily and will inspire others.
It is an impact of social learning.
Since ancient times, social learning has prevailed when people grasp minor details from observation skills. A glimpse of social learning is widely seen in the public through their active participation, sharing ideas and thoughts, offering advice on social media platforms, and tackling their problems. Moreover, social learning benefits are reaped by asking queries when there is a doubt and foremost in the decision-making process.
The improvement is witnessed in various areas of life, such as buy-in to their educational performance, character development, understanding the situation through observation, and being a good planner.
Here, I share my relatable experience of social learning. During the semester exams, professors used to rush with the syllabus, which was utterly beyond me. As the exam days came closer, stress grew up! So, in the end, our classmates found the solution that was group learning, in which we all settled and discussed our queries. Moreover, this collective learning helps us pass the exams with flying colours.
Apart from that, on the professional front social learning is widely employed to formulate opinions and reflect on them in a better way. Also, social learning offers a space to understand and analyse our judgments. Being a part of an immutable emerging society, we all have set our priorities. Nevertheless, there is an urge to thoroughly understand our society’s workings to flourish in the future, which is possible only through social learning.
